The scenery was really beautiful as we left Anchorage heading south to Seward.
Almost every turn in Alaska brings new beauty.
Water seems to be everywhere.
We arrived in Seward, a port to several cruise lines.  Seward is a town of about 2,500 people located in a beautiful setting on Resurrection Bay.
Seward also has a large marina for sail boats and fishing rigs.
We took a 6-hour cruise of Kenai Fjords National Park on a sister ship to this one.
We saw a lot of wildlife, including sea otters.  Their metabolism is so high they eat 25% of their body weight every day.
Our cruise of the Kenai Fjords National Park and Resurrection Bay was loaded with scenery.
The Park was dotted with hundreds of islands against the snowy backdrop.
