Here's a closeup of the brown box seen in the last photo.  For those of you who have not had the good fortune of being in bear country, this is a food storage cabinet provided by the BLM.  These lockers are primarily for tent campers.  Hard side campers like Bubba are generally secure from bear attacks.
Alas, we temporarily leave the Madison river behind.  Not a problem because we will reconnect with it in Yellowstone National Park.
As we closed in on Yellowstone NP we crossed Raynolds Pass between the states of Montana and Idaho.  Crossing the continental divide is always a notable experience for us.  Just a few miles down the road we crossed back into Montana for just a few more miles.
