We waited patiently at La Junta as the train crew worked to prepare the railcars to hold our RV's and tow cars.  They had to install safety rails and temporary driving bridges between the rail cars.
Jerry is driving Bubba on the rail car.  The left tires were only about an inch from the left edge.  All the drivers were apprehensive about the loading process.
The rail workers adjust the temporary driving bridge so our tow car (Pearl) can get on the rail car.  It was a close call, but we made it.
Bubba and Pearl are loaded and ready to go.  We are prepared to live in Bubba for five nights on the train.
The workers secured every vehicle with cables attached to our vehicles and the rail cars.  They also put wheel chocks around the tires to make sure the vehicles did not shift.
There were eight cars in each of the three rows of rail cars.  Bubba was rig number seven to load.  That put us last on the first row because the first rail car just behind the engines was empty.  We had a total of 23 rigs loaded.
After the loading was compete, we went into the town of La Junta to check it out.  We found Rosy's.

Leaving La Junta the next morning.  Needless to say, everybody was excited about the train ride.
