This is a view of our caravan just after we crossed the US/Mexico border on Friday, January 26th.
We took frequent driving/rest breaks for both humans and animals.  This was our very first break inside Mexico with Bubba in the rear.
Mexican highways have many shrines along the right of way.  This is among the first we saw.
The terrain was mountainous all around us during our first day on the road to Chihuahua.
This was the first view of a Mexican village.  Unlike larger cities, this one did not have paved roads.
Our first view of Chihuahua, Chihuahua.  The city has a population of over one million people.
Poncho Villa's home/museum in Chihuahua.
Looking down on the courtyard of Poncho Villa's home.  The tree is an ornamental orange tree.
An interior view of Poncho Villa's home.  The picture was taken from the courtyard.
