An early morning view as we left the Stewart/Hyder area.
The beautiful, smooth Cassiar Highway as we headed north to Watson Lake.
The scenery along the Cassiar was really spectacular.  Even the locals praise it.
The views just go on for miles and miles.  The Cassiar Highway is 450 miles long and connects the Yellowhead and Alaska Highways.
Along the way the road narrowed, lost its stripes and started to gain a few patches.
Then it lost its pavement.
And it started to rain.
We stopped near Iskut on the Cassiar Highway.  This is the view from Bubba's campsite.
A herd of Stone sheep grazing on gravels along the Cassiar Highway.  Why are they eating gravel???  Maybe that's why they're called Stone Sheep.
